O'Neal Electric Company was founded in 1974 by John O'Neal in Red Oak, Iowa. Throughout the 37 years, John established an electrically versatile company engaging in all aspects of the electrical industry throughout southwest Iowa. Forging relationships with the community in industrial, commercial and residential applications, by providing quality workmanship and reliability has led to its long term success. In 2009, John retired from the electrical industry and was preceded by new president Dan Dougherty. The company continues to thrive today maintaining the same values it's held for nearly 40 years.
